2003 - Purchase of Dr. Max Schnopp AG (DMS). With this addition, WILHELM complements the group with a consulting firm in the areas of assessments, outplacement, and HR consulting.

2023 - The "Assessment & Outplacement" business segment of Wilhelm AG will be spun off as of January 1, 2023. The Services will be provided by the company Avales Wilhelm AG from this date.

Timeline

1979

On January 1, Werner Wilhelm takes over the personnel consultancy of the same name in St. Gallen from Fritz Müller, the pioneer of personnel consultancy in Eastern Switzerland.

1987

Werner Wilhelm founds WW Management Holding, signaling that he is thinking about a "whole company" at an early stage.

1987

The good reputation of WILHELM reaches Zurich, where the company finally establishes itself in the Zunfthaus zur Haue.

2006

Stefan Wilhelm launches business in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The branch office in "Ländle" is based in Vaduz.

2007

The opening of the Basel branch covers another important economic center in Switzerland.

2010

The Bern branch is opened.

2011

Werner Wilhelm hands over the operational business to his son Stefan Wilhelm and concentrates on his mandate as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

2014

The different brands of the Wilhelm Group are transferred to the umbrella brand WILHELM.

2022

Clear positioning in the area of recruiting as a premium brand with a focus on executive and expert search. Reorganization of marketing. Redesign of the website.

2022

Change in the chairmanship of the board of directors from Werner Wilhelm to Stefan Wilhelm. Operational co-management of the Wilhelm Group by Vital Bigler and Stefan Wilhelm.

2023

Change of name to AVALES Wilhelm AG. The areas "Assessment Center" and "Outplacement" are expanded to Assessment, Coaching, Career Consulting and Management-Audit.
