My skills and experience

For over 20 years, I have been working as a consultant and coach, supporting executives and teams through development and change processes. I served as a course instructor at a management school for small and medium-sized businesses and as a project manager at a consulting firm. There I was responsible for implementing large-scale projects in the areas of organizational and personnel development and led the internal training and development division. I have been with Wilhelm AG since 2011.

• Specializing in career assessments, professional reorientation, challenging leadership situations, change and development processes
• Serving as an expert in the areas of outplacement and coaching

My passions

As a family woman with roots in Western and Eastern Switzerland, I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections and exchanges with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

In my free time, I am an enthusiastic cook and host, finding inspiration in art and literature and recharging my energy near water and in nature.
