After studying International Relations and Governance at the University of St. Gallen, I led and significantly advanced the talent management department of an international industrial corporation. I subsequently pursued further education in Human Resources Management, Talent Assessments, and Coaching. Through my work as a Senior Internal Auditor, I gained a detailed understanding of how corporations operate. I understand the workings of different cultures and have a keen ability to understand people's motivations. For the past three years, I have been focusing on coaching and consulting for individuals and businesses.
