What motivated you to apply to AVALES Wilhelm AG?

As an Executive Coach, Lead Assessor and Profiler, I have the opportunity to support companies, executives, and specialists in their roles and development at very important strategic points and to accompany them professionally and thoroughly in their decision-making process. AVALES Wilhelm AG represents a very well-coordinated balance of enthusiasm, high competence, quality, lived teamwork, and honest humanity. With my background including many years of experience in the field of human resources, the overall picture of the position impressed me very much, which led me  applie directly to the Managing Director Andreas Rudolph. After just one day, I received an invitation to the first interview. I quickly realized that this position offers the possibility to make a real impact and bring real value to other companies and people - which of course appealed to me greatly.

What connects you with the HR consulting industry?

In my previous roles, I worked as a customer and collaborated with HR consultants in this role. This made me aware of what customers really value and how we can support our customers with tailored solutions. In my new role, it is therefore very exciting for me to advise customers myself with our professional services and support them on an equal footing in practical implementation.

How would you describe your key skills and experiences that you would like to bring to your new role?

For over 25 years, I have been working in the HR sector of various industries as a division manager, project manager, HR business partner and coach. The focus of my work is finding out, what approaches, decisions and structures bring effective and sustainable success and at the same time are in line with the talents of individual people. My clients appreciate my long-standing leadership and assessment experience as well as my ability to recognize complex psychological processes and present them in a simple way. My authentic feedback on equal terms and my ability to offer encouraging, strength-based solutions make my regular customers always happy to use my services. With my qualifications as a Certified European Business Coach, Systemic Coach, HR Business Partner, and Healer for Psychotherapy (HPG), I bring a solid foundation to my task. My previous positions as a speaker at the Baden-Württemberg Employers' Association, as a member of the labor law merger team of a cooperative bank, and as a jury member for the Innovation Award for Vocational Training and Further Education of the IHK-Stuttgart round off my profile for the new role.

How would you characterize yourself?

You could probably best describe me as an "innovative all-rounder with great enthusiasm for all topics related to the HR field and personnel development." What sets me apart is my ability to successfully support people and companies in their development and to bring in innovative ideas. My great enthusiasm, optimistic and strength-based attitude, and the joy of leading things to success together in a team form an important basis. In addition, I have a good sense for the developments of the 3 T's of the future: Trends, Talents, and Teams.

Where can you be found in your free time?

I very much enjoy spending time with my husband, my adopted cats, and with serious personality development. My curiosity about how life works makes everyday life an adventure. The possibility of discovering how we can actively shape our lives with meaning, human closeness, ease, and personal growth is something that excites me every day. I enjoy discussing these topics on long walks by the lake and in the mountains or over traditional Swiss food with friends.
