What motivated you to apply to AVALES Wilhelm AG?

Over 12 years ago, I had the opportunity of personally meeting Werner and Stefan Wilhelm. Their values, combined with their business understanding and commitment to professionalism and customer orientation, convinced me back then. What mattered to me was the trust in their team, the delegation of responsibility, and ultimately, the human connection. As an Executive Coach at AVALES, I can support my clients as a sparring partner, share my experiences, and contribute as a person. It fulfills me to assist leaders and specialists as a coach, helping them tackle and overcome challenges, be effective in their responsibilities, accompany them in crucial development steps, and activate their resources. Andreas Rudolph, the Managing Director of the AVALES team, is the captain whose ship I gladly sail on. His valuable trust, coupled with the collegiality, professionalism, and humanity shown by both the AVALES team and colleagues from the entire Wilhelm Group, are invaluable to me in my daily calling.

What connects you with the HR consulting industry?

As an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist, I chose the field of management consulting over 20 years ago after initial assignments in personnel development. My driving force and passion lie in effectively finding solutions together with clients, perceiving and empowering individuals in all their facets, and engaging in genuine human interactions.

How would you describe your key skills and experiences that you would like to bring to your new role?

For over 25 years, I have been accompanying executives, specialists, and teams in development and change processes as an Executive Coach / Consultant. I bring a solid education, extensive experience, and know-how that encompass both the "productive and social system" of an organization / company. I stand out in my ability to identify problems quickly and address them pragmatically and solution-orientedly. Building trust with the counterpart and mobilizing their resources and ability to take action are crucial in making progress and ensuring the success of the next developmental step. It is important to me to authentically and empathetically engage with every individual. Each person, in all their facets, is a continuous inspiration for me – "il faut de tout pour faire un monde" (it takes all kinds to make a world).

How would you characterize yourself?

I would describe myself as a person who engages with the world with intellect, seriousness, courage, energy, and passion. I approach problems pragmatically and interact with people with an open mind and heart. Both the collective tackling of life's challenges and the encounter with people from diverse backgrounds and personalities inspire and drive me.

Where can you be found in your free time?

I am a family person, enjoying quality time with my family and actively maintaining contact with my relatives and friends. Creating a "tavolata" for my loved ones, where we can genuinely meet and exchange ideas while enjoying good food and human closeness, energizes and excites me. Having grown up near the Rhine, walks in nature, the wide view of the lake or the sea are a great source of strength for me.
