1. What prompted you to work as a freelancer for AVALES Wilhelm AG?

I decided to work as a freelancer for AVALES Wilhelm AG for two central reasons. Firstly, I highly value the collaboration with Andreas, whom I knew even before my time at AVALES, and with whom I have already successfully worked. Our well-established team dynamic and the trust placed in our shared professional experiences motivated me to continue this collaboration.

Secondly, I harbor a deep passion for people and can assess them well. This perception makes assessments particularly valuable to me, as they provide a highly qualified means of evaluating candidates for a position. Crucial for me in this process is ensuring that a new hire fits both the company and the individual. Additionally, I have a great passion for coaching and have previously developed a program for management audits, which unfortunately remained shelved at that time.

2. What connects you to the HR consulting industry?

My connection to the HR consulting industry stems from my extensive tenure as Head Global Talent Management in an international company. This position allowed me to gain profound insights into the challenges and requirements of global talent management. The obtained degree in HR Management and my independent entrepreneurial activity since 2020 in this field underscore my enduring passion and commitment to HR consulting.

Additionally, I am distinguished by strong conceptual skills, combined with the ability to concisely articulate complex issues.

I would characterize myself as a generalist with a solid education and extensive entrepreneurial experience. My interpersonal competencies, psychological acumen, and intuition allow me to grasp, understand, and support people purposefully. My approach to work and life is characterized by creativity, structure, and a certain unconventionality, enabling me to pursue innovative solutions.

5. Where can you be found in your free time?

In my free time, you can find me snowboarding in winter, enjoying the challenges of the slopes. Otherwise, I like to spend my time by the lake, cycling, or relaxing in a hammock to recharge my batteries for new professional challenges.
